How many parking spaces are available
Approximately 30-35 parking spaces for clients.
What is included with the studio rental?
Each booking includes: Free WiFi, Dressing room area.
Additional lighting equipment is available as an add-on service clothing racks, hangers, and steam irons
Can I arrive earlier for set up?
Booking hours include set up, makeup, styling and all pre-shoot preparations. Any usage beyond the reserved booking time will be charged as an OT rate.
Can I use props from other rooms?
Props and furniture are reserved for the room that has been booked.
If you would like to use items from another room, please contact studio staffs in advance for availability and additional charges.
Is full payment required before confirmation?
Yes. Booking are confirmed only after full payment has been received. Additional charges such as unexpected overtime hours or extra guests can be paid on the booking date.
Payments are non-refundable and will be issued as studio credit only.
Can I change my booking date after confirmation?
Yes, booking date can be rescheduled with at least 5 days prior notice, subject to studio availability.
